We have heard numerous questions in regards to how sanitary it is to cut food on an engraved wood surface. Here is our answer: don't! The engraved side of the cutting board is great for displaying when you aren't using it, but if you'd like to cut veggies or meats, flip the board over and use the back side!

One of our first forays into engraving cutting boards, this unique and romantic wedding or housewarming gift features engraved and outlined hearts across the entire surface of one side. The design also features a single heart with personalized names and a date (or other information you'd like shown) in the bottom right corner.

We offer this cutting board as a solid surface or with hole cut in the top left corner (image coming soon). Images currently show the cutting board as a solid surface.

The size of this cutting board is approximately 12" x 9" x 3/8" thick.

CLEANING AND CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Clean using mild soap and hot water on both sides (this will avoid warping). Dry thoroughly and stand upright until fully dry. In order to maintain the pristine appearance of the engravings, do not use the dishwasher! As with all wood cutting boards, we recommend applying a coat of mineral oil or beeswax to the cutting surface occasionally.

You'll notice a text box near the "Add to Cart" button labelled "Personalized Engraving". Simply type your choice of text (e.g. Jeff & Kate 9-18-10) into the box prior to adding this item to your cart.

If you forget to add this information prior to placing your order, we will need to contact you and your order may be delayed!

PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING TIME:

This item is made to order and each one will be custom engraved and cut out after you place your order. Once we receive your order, you will receive a digital image of your design, usually within 2 business days. Once you approve of the design, we will produce your product and ship within an additional 2 business days!
