METHODS OF CONTACTING US:
There are a few ways that you can reach us if you have questions about an item we sell or about an order you've placed with us in the past. Also, these are great ways to get in touch with us about a custom project you'd like us to work with you on!
Call or Text — This is the best way to get in touch with us for quick questions and stock inquiries. Phone calls care great, but text messages are faster! So call or text us at (509) 393-1836.
Email — Send us an email at support@craftysmiths.com. We tend to reply to most questions within a couple of hours, but there are days which are busier than others, especially around the holidays. We will always respond to your requests within 24 hours.
TYPICAL HOURS OF OPERATION:
You can usually reach us between 8am and 6pm Pacific Time. If we don't answer the phone, don't be discouraged! Things in the shop can get pretty loud and answering the phone isn't always safe. So leave a quick message or shoot us a text and we will give get back to you as soon as we can! As stated above, our typical response time for emails and phone calls during this period is less than two hours.
