METHODS OF CONTACTING US:
There are a few ways that you can reach us if you have questions about an item we sell or about an order you've placed with us in the past. Also, these are great ways to get in touch with us about a custom project you'd like us to work with you on!
Email — Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We tend to reply to most questions within a couple of hours, but there are days which are busier than others, especially around the holidays. We will always respond to your requests within 24 hours.
Call or Text — If you would like to speak with us over the phone, give us a call! You can reach us virtually any time by calling or texting (509) 393-1836.
TYPICAL HOURS OF OPERATION:
We mentioned earlier that our business is run from our home in Phoenix. As such, we don't really have any specific work hours, although we are pretty much always working on something or other. You can usually reach us between 8am and 6pm Arizona Time every day (Pacific or Mountain Time depending on Daylight Savings Time). If we don't answer the phone, don't be discouraged! Leave a quick message and we will give you a call back as soon as we can! As stated above, our typical response time for emails and phone calls during this period is less than two hours.
