While a majority of our customers order from the United States, we ship all of our products worldwide! During checkout, you'll be able to choose where you'd like your order shipped and what speed you'd like it to get there.
With very few exceptions, you will always receive a tracking number with your order. All of our packages are insured at no additional cost to you, so if your item arrives broken, let us know as soon as possible!
FOR ORDERS SHIPPING TO THE UNITED STATES:
For orders shipping to the United States, we offer a flat economy shipping rate of $2.95 per order, although all orders over $100 will ship for free anywhere in the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and territories). These two shipping methods are economy and typically ship using the cheapest method possible, so if you need your items sooner, we offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express via the United States Postal Service for additional fees during checkout.
You can also contact us if you would prefer your item shipped UPS or FedEx, although we don't currently offer these services through the website.
ORDERS SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
For all orders shipping outside the United States, we don't currently offer any flat or free shipping because shipping rates vary widely depending on the location. However, we do offer multiple shipping speeds through the United States Postal Service:
First-Class Parcel International — This is the cheapest service we have available for shipments outside the United States. Typically, orders using this method take between 2 and 4 weeks to arrive, although some packages have taken as long as 6 weeks due to congestion in customs. The maximum weight of this class is 4 pounds.
Priority Mail International — This is the middle-of-the-line service for international shipments. This service usually takes between 1 and 2 weeks to arrive once shipped, so orders with some urgency should use this shipping speed.
Priority Mail Express International — This is the fastest service available through the USPS. This method expedites the customs process, and most packages arrive in 3 to 5 days. For international orders that are urgent, this is the best choice.
We can offer faster shipping methods, such as UPS International Overnight services, but they are very expensive. Please contact us prior to placing an order if you are interested in the cost of these services!
Also, please note that all prices on our website are in U.S. Dollars and do not include customs duties imposed by your country. All customs duties are the customer's responsibility!
